    General Theory Of Money

I have argued that the actual history of politics and economy is not a duopoly/dichotomy of left or right or working class or capitalist or nationalist and globalist but rather a number of competing factions that use money forms to extract wealth and regulate and divide up the economy. This is the true underlying form of politics under capitalism.

But we can take this further and argue that each faction has its supporters in wider society and that this is the actual way we can understand how society is divided up and operates. Each faction has a broader money constituency within society that supports it. This constituency uses their specific money form to extract wealth from the general economy.

Factioncash has a corresponding cash constituency. Factioncash is the REAL PARTY of Cash constituency.

Factioncredit has a corresponding credit constituency Factioncredit is the REAL PARTY of Credit constituency.

Factionbond has a corresponding bond constituency Factionbond is the REAL PARTY of bond constituency.

Factionequity has a corresponding equity constituency Factionequity is the REAL PARTY of equity constituency.

FactionInsurance has a corresponding insurance constituency FactionInsurance is the REAL PARTY of insurance constituency.

Factionderivative has a corresponding derivative constituency Factionderivative is the REAL PARTY of derivative constituency.

Factiongold has a corresponding gold constituency .Factiongold is the REAL PARTY of gold constituency.

Factioncrypto has a corresponding crypto constituency Factioncrypto is the REAL PARTY of crypto constituency.

Actual political identity; that which determines what any individual or group within capitalism will do is determined by the form of money each faction uses.

From this we can observe that some factions have a greater or lesser constituency than others to the extent that some constituencies have little or no faction representing them in the elite and some factions have little or no constituency on the ground.

This exactly and specifically determines how each faction/constituency will act politically. It means we can begin to predict with an unprecedented degree of precision what each grouping will do.

These degrees of constituency can be arranged and compared in a PERIODIC TABLE OF MONETARY FORMS.

We can draw an analogy with the model of an atom. Factions represent the nucleus and constituencies represent the electron configuration outside the nucleus. CONSTITUENCIES therefore influence the relatively trivial domain- the physics and chemistry of the economy and factions influence the profound- the atomic power of the economy.

While the specific balance of components varies from nation state to nation state the basic relationship can be described thus

From top to bottom these are the money forms with the largest real parties (constituencies)

    (Largest constituency):

“This Is Not The Reaction The Fed Wanted”: Goldman Warns Yellen Has Lost Control Of The Market http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2017-03-16/not-reaction-fed-wanted-goldman-warns-yellen-has-lost-control-market

The Fed’s 0.25% rate hike had the same effect as a 0.25% race cut! In other words, whether on purpose or otherwise, according to Goldman the Fed, which now wants to tighten financial conditions (i.e., see asset prices lower) not only achieved the opposite, but has now lost control of the market.

Of course, if the first of two, three or four rate hikes in 2017 is any indication, the market, already sloshing in trillions of excess liquidity, will simply take the Fed’s next tightening as an indicator of easing, and send risk assets to even more obscene highs.

So what do you expect from the Fed for the rest of 2017?

A: Our modal forecast remains for a total of three hikes this year, with remaining moves at the meetings in June and September, followed by four hikes each in 2018 and 2019. We see a 60% subjective probability that the next hike occurs at the June 2017 meeting, 10% for July, and 20% for September. We also expect an announcement of gradual balance sheet rundown in December; if this does not occur, the likelihood of a fourth 2017 hike would increase. At the margin, today’s FCI move has increased our conviction that the committee will need to deliver more tightening than priced in the markets at this point.

Albert Edwards: This Is The Reason Why The Market Doesn’t Believe The Fed Any More http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2017-03-16/albert-edwards-reason-why-market-doesnt-believe-fed-any-more

The market doesn’t believe the Fed will tighten as fast as they say they plan to (see left-hand chart below). If the market took the FOMC at their word and discounted a 3% Fed Funds rate at the end of 2019 and beyond, then we’d probably have a 3% nominal 10-year Treasury yield by now.”

Now, in a follow up note, RBC’s head of cross-asset strategy makes the exact same point as Goldman, and warns that “the Fed will now view the market response as an ‘overshoot,’ and will perversely be forced to ‘walk-back’ the ‘incorrect’ dovish market interpretation with more hawkish rhetoric in coming weeks / months that will again whipsaw the rates market and likely-drive cross-asset vol higher.”

So let me get this straight, the FED is seemingly tightening with higher rate and also by deflating, or vaporizing treasury paper to cut Trump short while bonds yields go lower in a sign of mistrusting the future and have doubts about the future inflation.

If we assume that a sell off in the dollar propels Stocks , Bullion and Bonds prices higher, it still feels strange to have this seemingly ‘risk on’ (Stocks) and ‘risk off’ (Bonds, Bullion and a Oil and Dollar sell off) contradiction with the real economy in the gutters btw.

Lower oil and lower bond yields should put a strain on the stock market, the inflation could be shorter lived than expected also considering that the year 2016 definitely was the year of deflation. I still think that deflation will prevail since funding stock (leveraged) stock buybacks become less attractive and leverage becomes more expensive.

The year 2016 definitely was the year of deflation and this inflation could be shorter lived than expected. Two Bubbles in Bonds and stock market to deflate.

  36. Andy Perry says:

I will apply my model to two well known historical anomalies to illustrate how effective it is:

The mystery collapse of ‘left wing’ working class politics and

    The mystery of Quantitive Easing:

1:The mystery collapse of ‘left wing’ ‘working class’ politics

Each monetary faction has a constituency. This is the real nature of societal division. In Britain up until the 1980’s the vast majority of what is called the ‘working class’ were represented by Factioncash and were therefore members of Cashconstitiuency. They were paid in cash. They purchased in cash. They lent and borrowed in cash. They relied on cash as the means to extract their share of society’s wealth.

But as you know in from the 1980’s through massive economic reprogramming the majority of ‘working class’ was forcibly transferred from Factioncash to Factioncredit. They were relocated in Creditconstituency. And so their priorities and allegiances accordingly changed. They were paid in credit. They purchased on credit. They lent and borrowed in credit. They relied on credit as the means to extract their share of society’s wealth.

It is this which explains the collapse of ‘working class’ left wing politics. In essence it was the forcible transfer of political allegiance of the ‘working class’ from Factioncash to Factioncredit.

    The mystery of Quantitive Easing

We are familiar with the immediate aftermath of the initial credit crunch. There were a number of meetings between Obama and the bankers. The story goes that the bankers issued Obama with an ultimatum: back us and back derivatives or we will bring the system down. Why did the administration go along with this demand? Was it because they are all Wall Street stooges etc?

Consider the reality of the situation from a faction perspective.

Derivativeconstiuency (DerC) was effectively bankrupt. That ‘s what the Credit Crunch crisis was effectively all about; are derivatives to be accepted and protected or are they to be refused protection are therefore be deemed to be worthless – a bubble?

Factionderivative (FacD) the political representatives of DerC went to bat in a do or die situation. But this was not something new it had been the same for every successful faction since capitalism began.

And FacD had an ace in the hole. The administration was Monetarist and as you probably know Monetarists ABSOLUTELY HATE cash more than anything else on the planet. So the FacD play was simple: Let’s use this opportunity to get together to f*ck cash for once and for all. That was the true nature of the play. And it has worked. Derivatives were preserved at the expense of cash.

  37. Youri Carma says:

That’s quite funny sometimes because in practice the international order is build for the multinationals not for the international citizen.

To give you an personal example I have and want to buy some software. On of them is called Malwarebytes and https://www.malwarebytes.com/ and is essential in my opinion and so is my email program OE Classic which prog I want to give an incentive by buying their product http://www.oeclassic.com/

    How can I pay them?

I can’t get a Credit card in any form because I’ve got a negative credit rating penalty for 5 years. This means that if a company insists on credit card payments I can’t fulfil that wish. So as a citizen I am banned from being an international citizen by the banks. LOLz

  38. Youri Carma says:

    Other Example

I am a Dutch Citizen but I want to work in Germany and I’ve got some diploma’s that I want to use for finding work?

Forget about it. Dutch diploma’s are worth shit in the Reich. And if you can use them you have to pay thousands of dollars to get them legit in the Reich LOlz

  39. Youri Carma says:

But to be completely honest I can pay Malwarebytes with iDeal which is ideal cause I can do it myself with my regular bank account from my cave-chair with online banking.

But for my email prog OE Classic I am likely driven into the hands of PayPal but I still could write OE Classic an email and ask them if they are willing to accept iDeal payments.

  40. Youri Carma says:

    Can you accept iDeal payments?

I am very enthusiastic about your product (Although I miss page format) and
like to buy your full version.

    Do you accept iDeal payments?

Sorry, no. We can accept – PayPal, Credit Cards, Debit Cards (Visa Electron,

What would be “page format”? What are you referring to?

    How to purchase:

    1) go to https://www.oeclassic.com/order page

    2) click on the big red button to enter secure order page

    3) fill out all the details required by the order form – such as
first/last name, street, city, email address, credit card or PayPal
and similar details as required for the purchase

    4) complete the order cart

    5) wait about 30 minutes (or less) for our email with username and
password to arrive to your email

    6) read the instructions in the email, it contains username, password
and instructions how to log in and download Pro version and also info
how to upgrade from free version easily

If you don’t receive our email within 30 minutes let me know so I can
send it again (make sure to put in correct email address when
    filling out the order form).

How to purchase if you don’t have a credit card:

    – You can purchase using a debit card. You may have this card – also
known as ATM card or bank card, except it has a VISA or MasterCard
logo on the front side (and CVV number on the back side). If you have
such a card it can be used for online purchases too, you only need to
have sufficient deposit on the bank account connected to that card.
If the card does not have VISA or MasterCard (or Maestro) logo on it,
then it is a regular ATM card which cannot be used for online
purchases. Most common types of these cards are Visa Electron (from
Visa) and Maestro (from MasterCard). You can call your bank to verify
if your card is ATM-only or debit card. If it is debit card it can be
used for purchases online. If you have such a card, and the purchase
is not accepted, please check if you have sufficient balance on the
bank account connected to the card.

    – You can purchase using PayPal (which may need a debit or credit
    card connected to it)

    – You can ask someone else who has debit or credit card to purchase
it for you and give that person cash as a compensation. In the order
form there is a “purchaser details” and “recipient details”. Make
sure you fill out the recipient details with your own information.
But this is not of much importance, as soon as the order is processed
we can change the user details later in our database.

    – You can purchase using money order or bank-transfer (not
recommended because it is slow and adds some additional charges by
your bank). Also you need to make sure that when transferring money
that the additional charges don’t get subtracted from the total
amount and that we don’t receive incomplete amount. This further
complicates things. For all of these reasons this payment method is
possible but not recommended as it is slow and complicated. It is
much easier to find someone who has debit or credit card to purchase
    it for you.

    best regards,
    Zvonko Tesic

    Dear Zvonko Tesic,

Thank you for your information. I think I will set up a PayPal account but still thinking about it.

What I meant is when I am setting up a new e-mail in MS Outlook Express I could past texts from all kind of web pages which retains the fonts and global format which makes it a mess. I then could change the page format to regular txt and as such get rid of all the mess and get unformatted, clean txt to work with.

    Laterz …

Retirement pensions. Robots are the new workers? Great! So there is a replacement factor. One robot substitutes 50 workers? “Ok”. So it can contribute for at least 50 workers worth to the pensions and more.

It is more productive than the sum of the workers it ‘replaces’? Then it can fairly contribute more ‘per capita’ than they did – for them. And for the state, communities, economies, and society. That are spared that much more from dealing with the social and economic consequences of their being thrown into hardship and poverty.

With windfall, excess profits that would be redistributed back to the 99%. Instead of gushing up and away from the real economy into the 0.00n%’s grossly unequal overconcentrated hoarding of the economic pie. As is the present case. This flow structure, this upwards drain, is a deeper root of the real problem.

  43. YoLithos says:

If the human personnel necessary to direct, control, and service the robots costs more per capita than the the much more numerous workers they substitute, then they can contribute accordingly. And, since a growing proportion will be H1b’d anyway, that contribution is less likely to be fully claimed by them. And they will take a natural demand for the same robots back with them when they go back. Though that mode of employment is already rather archaic in concept. It will change soon enough.

Real-estate inventory list price. Bought out delinquent mortgages are no longer as delinquent. Only “suspended”, underperforming, deferred, flummoxed, or morose. Tax discounts. And the inventory can be used to leverage, collateralize, repo, buyback… and so on.

And part of the robots’ extra productivity needs to be ‘pensioned’ for their own ‘retirement’. For their sustainable non-polluting orderly decomissioning and dismantling. Which will certainly require inspection and supervision. Or capitalist Trashlandia grows and grows. Until it chokes itself to death, smothered under the trash.

Supersized benches. For the supersized? For large asset support. For more comfortable naps or sleeping for whatever reason. For placing a checkers board or picknic basket between two people. Or space to change the baby’s diapers. Or to accomodate a family of six or seven together on the same bench. Or a group of friends.

That undersize pettiness that is a trademark of the third world is a curse of spiritual misery manifest in the physical. It is a scar of oppression. Of want.

‘ Ms Lagarde said indicators of future growth in sectors such as manufacturing and broader confidence barometers were all picking up, while expectations of more expansionary fiscal policy in the US were also contributing to the improved outlook.

Speaking before this week’s G20 meeting of finance ministers and central bank governors in Germany, Ms Lagarde said: “Policymakers will likely share a sense of growing optimism, because the recent strengthening of activity suggests that the world economy may finally snap out of its multi-year convalescence.” ‘
Insane asylum shoping cart lady speak like that is equivalent to evil gloating, crowing in satisfaction. “They” are rejoicing, very publicly. Which is, naturally, a challenge and a distraction.

Case in point being the USA’s recent 3rd World junta level all military budget. After cutting all government support and investment in social, cultural, and environmental research, public education, public health, poverty reduction, and in general development. Of course they need all that ‘private’ security. Which it isn’t. It has already been historically established that it is way more expensive and unsafe for the rich than the insurance alternative : democracy.
