[KR1032] Keiser Report: Banks appeased, crocodiles feasting

In this episode of the Keiser Report, Max and Stacy discuss how Deutsche Bank made $462 million disappear through the magic of derivatives. In the second half, Max interviews Trond Andresen, who campaigned long ago to keep Norway out of the euro, to discuss the anti-EU mood across Europe and how the bancor could save the euro . . . should anyone wants to save it.

Recalling that the Brazilian ‘Vichy’ government tries to soothe its supporting middle class muppets by releasing $40 billion in workers insurance fund payments or bonuses and IRS restitutions. Plus a $100 billion bailout handout to the big telecoms (which is being held up in the courts). To “boost economy”.

Which will naturally go mainly to pay down local debts and expenses, and later will go straight to the original creditor foreign financial and credit card corporations. Putting another strain on currency value, and a further strain on the balance-of-payments. It also weakens the national development bank – which is always a target of the neolib neocon vulture agenda.

Maybe it’s because the Vichyite brass is worried about growing dissatisfaction with the falling economy and scandals among the muppets. Possibly they hope to delay a potential April or May middle class and popular revolt. They are certainly worried about prison riots and a wave of violence. Hidden memory of Quilombos and Haiti concerns in upper quintile’s subconscious. They should be more worried about “Guatemala”.

“Government” has just voted a 20-year neolibcon austerity (austericide) package into the constitution. While seven years of austerity in a state with historic organized crime issues leave it without its police, with everyone hiding at home listening to the shooting in the streets. Then the army gets called in.

The different growth paths are a symptom of a general problem that has haunted currency unions for centuries. Competitiveness and productivity develop at a different pace in different countries. Over time, this leads to large competitiveness differences among the members of a currency union. These differences do not usually pose a problem during economic booms because strengthening aggregate demand supports ailing fields of production. However, when a currency union faces an economic downturn or a crisis, falling aggregate demand hits less competitive industries and countries hard and the financing costs of less competitive countries jump. This is an asymmetric shock.

WTI/RBOB Tumble As US Crude Inventory Reaches New Record High

As Bloomberg’s Javier Blas notes, this time the bulls can not claim that unusually high imports are driving up crude stocks. U.S. refiners last week bought overseas 8.5 million barrels a day, down 881,000 barrels a day from the torrid pace of two weeks ago. On a four-week average, imports are running just 9.9% above last year’s same period.

Furthermore, the U.S. exported last week crude oil at a rate of more than 1 million barrels a day — a record. That’s way more than the production of several OPEC members, including Libya, Ecuador, Gabon and Qatar.

The answer: a resounding yes.

A Bloodbath Looms Over Oil Markets

Oil prices have traded reliably in the $50s per barrel since OPEC agreed to cut production last November, but having failed to break through a ceiling in the upper-$50s, crude prices are in danger of falling back again.

“There’s a lot of complacency out there. If these bets start to unwind, it will be a bloodbath,” Doug King, chief investment officer at RCMA Asset Management, told the Wall Street Journal in an interview.

… So is the selling over? Probably not: while custody holdings rebounded in December by almost $60 billion, the selling has since resumed and at last check total Treasury holdings were back down to $2.848 trillion, with the recent jump in 10Y yields hardly serving as a solid basis for foreign official buyers to step in front of what may soon be an inflationary steamroller.

More satellites than the USA. With satellites from the USA (and “Chinese” parts?).

“Among the foreign satellites, 88 cube satellites belonged to San Francisco-based earth imaging startup Planet. With the launch, the company has increased its fleet to 143 satellites which will soon begin capturing images of the earth’s entire landmass, including India, every day. ”

“Authorities in the city of Augsburg—which is roughly 35 miles from Munich—have embedded rows of LEDs into the pavement. They will flash red when the crossing is closed to pedestrians.”

It’s one big ugly creepy imbecilic mess, the CIA is because it’s for everybody to see.

The problem with the intelligence community nowadays is that they no longer deal in inteligence but cooked up proganda stories which are so imbecelic that nobody believes them anymore.

The Globalist Long Game – Redefine Liberty Activism As Evil “Populism” http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2017-02-15/globalist-long-game-redefine-liberty-activism-evil-populism

The problem with the MSM is that they still think they’re the majority while in reality they’re the minority working for the 1% psychopaths. They still do setious interviews with rat-jew Soros in Davos for example.

FBI Reportedly Will Not Pursue Charges Against “Cooperative And Truthful” Mike Flynn http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2017-02-15/fbi-reportedly-will-not-pursue-charges-against-cooperative-and-truthful-mike-flynn

Trump made a big mistake by letting Flynn resign because what he did is simply called ‘diplomatic relations’ where the CIA is listening into and leaking for political strategical reasons which is completely out of bounds. Now the country sees who’s really ruling namely the ‘deep state’ of which the CIA is part of. That on itself is no surprise because we know that since the JFK murder but never before so openly which in a way is a good thing because now everybody can see them now.

Trump’s defending attitude on ‘the Russian friend’ alligation is also completely wrong and is backfiring on him. Instead of denying that Russia is the enemy he’s grovelling down to the deep state which makes him look weak. They got him exactly where they want him, on the defence instead of the offence.

The Public Should Demand To See The Michael Flynn Transcript

Trump and also Flynn’s strategy on the whole matter is wrong. Never deny a lie which is allready in the open but spin it. He could have said that he was simply establishing ‘diplomatic relations’ to prevent further escalation of war for example. But it seems that not only the American people have dumbed down but also it’s leaders.

“Does anyone care what Americans think? They’re the worst-educated people in the First World. They don’t have any thoughts, they have emotional responses, which good advertisers know how to provoke.”

“If the rise in real estate prices (mainly site values) had been taxed, there would have been no financial overgrowth, because this price-gain would have been collected as the tax base. The government would not have needed to tax labor either via income tax, FICA wage withholding or consumer sales. And taken in conjunction with the government’s money-creating power, there would have been little need for public debt to grow. Taxing rent extraction privileges thus would minimize debt levels and taxes on the 99%.”
