I have no time now to do the newshounding like before. There is so much other work to do now at the moment. If I stumble upon some Headlines which I think are important and provide us with some new insights I will post them and I try to keep an eye on the most important fundamentals like oil and bonds.

It’s also a good time, after eight years of newshounding, to take a step back, and see how things unfold in reality.

Thanks, Vonda, for the Farrell video. It reminded me of how relevant the point is, which I have always maintained, that every single POTUS (with no exceptions) have purposely placed individuals, the likes of whom have some high level of either disdain for the American public/republic and/or have a proven propensity for a fundamental change away from the original form of constitutional republic form of government, into key governmental positions. This re-raises my concerns with those like Alex Jones and Roger Stone. Some may have noticed how Roger likes to take credit for getting Trump elected OVER the Clinton Cartel, which I warned about months before the election. It should be noted that he, himself, was in key advisory positions in many past POTUS administrations, suggesting that he has been privy to these individual appointments, be they from the NAZI party, the Communist parties and even the Zionists (nod to Flopot). Let me now add to this list, ISIS/ISIL/Al Qaeda, largely thanks to Obama. Makes me wonder if Stone is CIA, to be honest.

Trump is to be trusted no more than Kennedy, Lincoln or Reagan, IMBO, a suspicion against whom will be generally recognized as blasphemy amongst so-called economists.

I also doubt he´s going to make it through the current “transition-phase” from “Fake News” … to REAL-Fake News” 😀 😉 … unless he isn´t already in their pocket completely anyways. Then he´s either going the known MSM-path into the next era, or he´s going out of business via selling “infowar.com” and getting a new life … or he will be caught in that “faustian pact he signed” forever somehow.

Thats what statements like this totally lay open for any critical self-thinker and formerly (years ago!) Alex Jones-truther-pioneer-news outlet-truthseeker.
He´s going to feel the heat and will have to position himself in some credible way any time soon?

This has just been an incredibly stupid move of his! His credibility is now in total decline even with his old “Tangi-Tangerine-Fan Base” ?

First of all, thanks!!! for doing what you did for years, even when I was becoming desperate over exactly how you were doing it, as of recent years. It was a bit different, when I came to this site in 2007/2008 .. 😉 I was so grateful then.

Sincere Congrats for finally accomplishing to withdraw from that daily copy-paste “MSM-info-posting” … I really mean it, in the most respectful way!
    The scrolling has stopped?

In case you really make it, you will gain so much more freedom now and extra lifestyle-leisure-time to actually think about all that stuff you posted, to put it to test and look into the deeper connotations and so on … or get rid of some of it?
You even might have the time to read a book … or two? 😉

Have it crystallized! There will be some stuff for sure, you will throw out of furthermore being a part of your thinking. You let lose of “habit-control” in a way.
All the “knowledge” you gathered over the years, and you had us to take part in, (I mean you shared with) now will get the chance to pass the ultimate test in a consolidation-process and a real “Get Rea!l” – process for your personal soul! You´ll love it! 😀

I hope, you still will show up here, to let us know what occurs out of any deeper thinking-processes of yours and still post stuff you consider crucial, aside from just “fundamentals in the pure financial or economic sense” … having said that, please give us your highlights, if you please ! 😀

Enjoy, resist, the “cold turkey-syndromes” out of a just mechanic structure (of mind) .. that probably even won´t be one, as you might find out? … while your attitude sneakingly changes to good old, or now new, awareness and new coolness … appropriate to the crucial change of times .. we all undergo .. necessarily .. if we are capable of “cracking the habit” at will!, whichever it may be!? 😉 You definitely have have done your part!!!

btw, its all in your nick: researching/acknowledging –> Carma, while Youri can look back on an absolutely incredible accomplishment of effort, but necessary only for a certain time to be. .. Until it snaps! …. to move on … 🙂

We have all seen a lot of great people vanish from here over the years …

But only the best stay (or are allowed?) for reasons of gratitude for what this site has done for them over years, humbleness and a real progressive mindset for free speech – and fights – in the best sense, enjoying and learning from these comments and views over here.

Youri, I so much hope, your change of mind will result in fantastic comments (apart from interesting links to share) … always looking out for it … !

anyway, thanks a lot! .. you deserve a break indeed!

but in general: listen to the critics at time, more than to the “slimers/bootlickers”, that try to steal attention .. away from you, but to themselves! 😉

  24. Youri Carma says:

    @Vonda Bra

TnX much appreciated. After nine years of research you can see the groundwork that has been laid and now the news is repeating on that theme.

In that nine years since the end of 2007, beginning 2008 we’ve seen unemployment going up with for example 95 million Americans outside the labour force today. Even in 2016 unemployment still went up in many European countries and not only in the periphery.

Even companies which existed for more than 100 years went bankrupt and still companies are going bankrupt.

This all was totally neglected by the MSM who still act if every thing is fine and dandy. So still many people are living in the Matrix although we see many waking up to reality which can only be hidden for so long.

Central banks are still trying to inflate away the debts but the big scare of hyperinflation, predicted by some, hasn’t materialized (yet). Demographic developments and bad politics will keep us in a this smothering economy for years to come with stagflation and deflation as main themes.

People who have some real solutions are not in power and the ones that are have become delusional also helped by the very bad MSM. Most people feel that something is wrong but are unable to see the real cause of all of this so can easily be played with distraction politics.

So where does this leave us today? Well you tell me …

Fed ‘Insider’ Exposes The Evils Of US Monetary Policy Recklessness http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2017-02-12/fed-insider-exposes-evils-us-monetary-policy-making

What we have today is absolute fungibility with central bank purchases on a global basis. You’re talking about something upwards of $200 billion every single month.

What the global bond market now revolves around, and relies upon, is the assumption that somebody somewhere will be conducting quantitative easing. As long as they do that, we’re operating in a bond market that is assuming that every single bond purchased by a central bank globally has been expired permanently.

You’re taking supply out of the system, which is the only thing that could get you to justify where bond yields are and, therefore the mirror image of that, where bond prices are, which is at record highs or close to record highs. That I think is at the crux of central bankers’ global dilemma. The first central bank that even hints that they are going to reduce the size of the balance sheet or even worse, sell off a single bond, it is game over at that point for the world bond market.

Oil Jumps as IEA Sees Record OPEC-Cuts Compliance, Rising Demand

Wall Street Pouring Money Back Into Oil And Gas

In short, the sentiment in the oil patch continues to improve even as oil prices have faltered in the low-to mid-$50s per barrel. That has translated into a record net-long position from hedge funds and other money managers, an incredible build up in bullish bets on oil.

The flood of money back into the industry portends a strong rebound in 2017. It could also leave a lot of people and companies on the hook if oil prices fall back again.

I still think this will end badly. A little bit more demand is misinterpreted as sustainable growth, it isn’t. There’s simply too much supply out there and when oil prices break $60 a barrel the US fracking business will get in full swing again and force prices down again.

This worked very well and people got a place to live for a reasonable price. Companies who didn’t like squatters let people rent it as anti-squatters but the end result is the same. I did both first as anti-squatter and later as squatter.

I think Julia is going to become a popular backend web language soon when people find out how fast it is, how its syntax is easy like Python/Ruby, how it doesnt force OO like Javascript. And unlike Javascript it has a lot of low level libraries and multithreading whereas Javascript has to rely on node.js for everything.

I am currently learning node and Rails, but Elixir and Go are going to be the two big backend web langauges of the future, especially Elixir with the OTP for handling large scale multi-server threading.

    DARK JOURNALIST – 11.2.17

    ” .. MKULTRA Survivor Cathy O’Brien
In this fascinating episode Dark Journalist Daniel Liszt welcomes United States Government Whistleblower Cathy O’Brien the author of the classic book on Covert Mind Control programs, Trance Formation of America. The book was based on Cathy’s groundbreaking testimony for the US Congressional Permanent Select Committees on Intelligence Oversight in 1995.

Cathy’s fascinating journey through the world of Deep Political Corruption and Covert CIA Programs began when her abusive father sold her into MKULTRA Mind Control Programs at an early age in Michigan through his political connections with local politicians, including future President of the United States Gerald Ford.

Through systematic torture and well documented trauma-based mind control programming, Cathy was forced to do shocking acts as a sex slave and participate in CIA Black Ops and White House/Pentagon level operations during the Reagan/Bush Administration. During this period she interfaced with high-level political figures including Hillary and Bill Clinton, former President George Bush Sr. and former Vice President Dick Cheney.

Breaking free of her mind control programming and Dissociative Identity Disorder with the help of intelligence insider Mark Phillips over the course of a decade, Cathy exposed the insidious world of criminal covert operations happening inside Black Budget operations connected with the Pentagon and intelligence agencies, including human trafficking and extensive drug running programs.

Deep State efforts to suppress her testimony culminated in the National Security Act being invoked to silence her and continue right up to the present. Nonetheless Cathy’s latest venture was to create a new workbook, PTSD: Time to Heal that actually allows trauma and sexual abuse victims to reclaim conscious control and deep connection to their inner memories.

Her story has touched thousands of survivors of mind control programming and dark political manipulation and given the public a transparent and shockingly honest vision of the hidden worlds of covert intelligence operations that exist and thrive behind a wall of National Security State secrecy.

Riveting, informative, startling, unnerving and alarming, you don’t want to miss this fascinating Dark Journalist episode with US Government Whistleblower Cathy O’Brien. ..”

“Stealth Recession” – The Mystery Of The Teleporting Commuter

The game is afoot: call it the “Mystery of the Teleporting Commuter”. Starting in October 2016, the amount of gasoline supplied to the US market started to decline on a year over year basis. This negative trend accelerated in January, leaving both energy analysts and macroeconomic pundits to wonder if the US has entered a stealth recession.

We regularly look at US gasoline production in relation to the Department of Transportation’s “Miles Driven” data, and when you add that variable to the mix the mystery starts to clear. Even though gasoline supplied was down 1.6% in October and -0.3% in November, the DOT data (November last month available) shows miles driven up 1.6% and 4.3%, respectively. By this math, imputed fuel efficiency for the US fleet is improving noticeably compared to historical trends that date back to the 1970s – a trend that is worth watching in 2017.

And while that’s an important piece of the puzzle, the real upshot is the gasoline data alone is not enough to conclude that the US economy has grabbed a lower gear or slipped into reverse. The miles driven data shows we can (and probably are) still cruising along.

The Norwegian Economy In 2017: Black Swans Hovering Overhead

When OPEC challenged America, it forced the engineers on the Great Plains to innovate. Fracking continues to get better cheaper and faster, driving the costs down to $45 per barrel! Now the technology is going global, bringing more oil to market. That may explain the surging inventories.

When oil held $50 per barrel, the rigs started to come back online markedly, proving that fracking breakeven costs fell substantially. Moreover, there are almost 2000 more rigs standing by. Rarely acknowledged are the breakeven costs lowered by bankruptcy and the subsequent reassignment of assets. For example: If Joe’s Fracking Service purchased a brand new rig for $1000 and then went bankrupt during the last downturn, the rig and accompanying exploration data still remain. At a fire sale, Jimmy’s Energy can pick up that rig for $300-$400, if not cheaper, and start drilling at a much lower cost level, making money even with low prices. Perhaps that explains the surging inventories.

Nice add on factoid from this article: People, having an IQ over 142, only occur only in 1/400th of the overall population.

Expert: What You Need To Know About The Oroville Dam Crisis
    ChrisMartenson – Feb 13, 2017

To make sense of the fast-developing situation at California’s Oroville Dam, Chris spoke today with Scott Cahill, an expert with 40 years of experience on large construction and development projects on hundreds of dams, many of them earthen embankment ones like the dam at Oroville.

Scott and Chris talk about the physics behind the failing spillways at Oroville, as well as the probability of a wider-scale failure from here as days of rain return to California.

Then again, so is conservatism. Though the cynical contradiction intrinsic to the very fact of order-obsessed “liberals” and “conservatives” devoted to utter auto-immolation and destruction is nothing short of grotesque.

“TURKEY – Academics protesting the recent #decree firing thousands of #academics brutally attacked by the police.”

And what happens if Le Pen gets elected or appointed?
What do the calculations say in that case? Is that data sufficiently wide-ranging and consolidated? What are the parameters, the suppositions, the ajustments?

  66. Yolithos says:

Hm. A musing based on revisiting the article below. Expanding that case as a parable of what the QE Doomsayers have been going on about for years.

Can the recent history of the Fed $US be compared in its form, in its development, and mainly in its consequences – to a 100 Year’s War?

Let’s ask Greece. Or Latvia. Or Libya. Or Ukraine. Or the USA. Or the rest of the continent. Or the world.

  67. Yolithos says:

Brazilian senate outsources money printing to foreign houses. Prompting a notable Senator to declare : “Have they gone insane?”.

And Rio’s water privatization is progressing rapidly. Despite some local political and legal opposition. Ditto “A crime against the people”.

    From the same gentleman :
“The quality of a Supreme Court Judge is directly proportional to that of the President who makes the appointment, and of the Senate that makes the approval. It’s that simple”.
True for a lot of things.
Begging leave to nevertheless indulge in a modest addendum, for levity’s sake : “‘Quality’ for who, Kimosabee?”

  68. Yolithos says:

Outsourcing a nation’s money-printing is outsourcing sovereignty on the cheap. Invoiced. Doing so during an exponentially expanding record World QE bubblebath is guaranteed total misery. In sackcloth and ashes with a noose around the neck. That makes mere treason pale in comparison. Quisling himself would scorn in contempt of it and deem it beneath his “dignity”.

  69. Yolithos says:

    Cashless scams.

Let’s see. Depending on foreigners for money printing. Ergo, foreigners ultimately control the money supply. Which is usually an article of capitulation in most surrenders – usually of the unconditional sort.

In addition to also depending on foreigners and central foreign markets for export commodity demand and pricing. And depending on foreigners for setting national foreign business risk classifications. Which converges on foreign lending and exchange pressure for imports and exports, shaping internal production and financial models. Which ends up shaping (or deforming) social models and development choices.

Effectively handing over senior control (manipulating power) over the currency’s exchange rate, and over economic choices and social development – or lack thereof.

A large foreign (or any) restriction on money supply, especially of a currency suffering a falling exchange due to extractive pressure, is tantamount to a confiscation in a cenario of prices that have to rise due to external entanglement of the basic economy. Relative “advantage” for the takers on the upside, general disadvantage for everyone else in steerage. Cashless in the flooding hull beneath the waterline.
