Deal between EU and UK will cause serious split within the Tory cabinet

Eastern bloc states including Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, and Czech Republic have dismissed current proposals on curbing child benefits for their migrant workers in western Europe. Cameron is under tremendous pressure over the new challenge…

Watering down of migrant benefit proposals will be unacceptable as it will be portrayed as a humiliating climbdown by the Out campaign in the country.

So a deal between EU and the UK will cause a serious split within the Tory cabinet.

the media may portray it as a serious split within the
Tory cabinet, but i see David Cameron as 2016 version
of Alexis Tsipras.(all huff and no puff).
(at least there is semblance of a debate going on within the
Conservatives; you couldn’t say that about any other party)

He’s just going through the motions of
trying to show he’s somewhat of a Eurosceptic.

to my understanding, 90%+ of UK M.P.s are all yes-men,
and will vote whichever their leader will tell them.

German media are on the whole brexit story. Politically Germany are saying yes to all Camerons demands. Shauble S move to add bail in clause to sovereign debt is set to blow up peripheral S bank balance sheets where sovereign bond buys on zero Interest e c b lending appears as gilt edge debt there. He has no interest in Euro bonds. One German citizen S guess is that Germany is hoping for brexit or equivalent concessions . both to deal with the refugee crisis and to blame UK for euro break up. They can’t afford more financial shocks and bail out deutche bank. The optics of their directly beaking up the Euro via ejecting the periphery would go down like a rat sandwich with the international community.
