Hi Max,

It doesn’t matter where you live…even here in Canada.

Investors angry, but others expected Nortel acquittal

Specially that one of the member on the board of Nortel was none other than FRANK CARLUCCI. Check it out. When you see either Carlucci or Rumsfeld you know that you are dealing with people that are criminals and are protected by the law. USA and in general ALL english speaking countries are runned by total criminal shits and NEVER expect the rule of Law. United Slime of America and Cacanada.

“Darren Henderson, an assistant professor of managerial accounting and control in the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, said if this case has proven one thing, it’s that accounting isn’t an exact science.”

ummm….yes, if it is done correctly and adhering to law, it is.

I have worked in the high tech industry selling electronic components to OEM’s – including Nortel – for 27 years. At the peak of the .COM bubble we were supplying key components to Nortel. We asked them point blank if they were double booking. If they were then they were padding they’re numbers. They said no they were not. Six months later they wanted to return millions of dollars of product.

This was a crime. End of story.

    Small world, Canandian Bruce.
I heard stories about Nortel here in Australia. Shonky to da max. Knew someone that left the sinking ship before it completely sunk.

In keeping with the government’s recent decision to retire the penny, TD will no longer issue pennies as of February 4, 2013. We will still accept pennies for cash deposit / payments, and will count them to the cent.

Electronic transactions will also be calculated to the penny. Cash back transactions will be rounded up to the nearest nickel.

Our goal is to make this transition as simple as possible for our customers. For more information and tips on managing this change, visit mint.ca
