“That is when this downward spiral into the seventh layer of banking hell began for the Engels.”

According to Wanda Jo Engel, JP Morgan Chase killed her husband, a retired minister by giving him a stress-induced heart attack. Chase then seized the home within days of his death and wrongfully evicted her all because they accepted the bank’s offer to refinance their home that they had faithfully made a payments on for 22 years. They followed the advice of the Chase loan officer at their local Chase branch, Michael Paretti. According to Courthouse News, Michael Paretti “instructed the Engels to ‘miss a payment’ to help them qualify for Chase’s refinance program and obtain a lower mortgage rate and a lower monthly payment.”

A lot of things that are said about JP Morgan Chase kinda go partly over my head (though I believe it 100%) but this one hits me right in the solar plexus. Will this family win their case? It’s super important that they DO win their case.

Chase will need a fall guy. Michael Paretti can say bye-bye to his job, and fat chance of landing another as a loan officer. And if he sues, saying he was only following Chase lending policy? Well, “accidents” happen. When will people wake up?

On another subject, many state governments are taking action against the federal government they are beginning to realize has become a criminal organization.
For example, Texas is passing laws that if federal government agents try to enforce the NDAA in Texas, they go to prison!
