[KR367] Keiser Report: Cameron’s Sin City Surge

We discuss UK Prime Minister David Cameron going ‘all in’ and topless on financial fraud and market manipulation in the City of London where ‘circle rating’ is rife and more ‘Libor like’ manipulation is found . . . this time in the natural gas market. In the second half, Max Keiser talks to Francine McKenna of retheauditors.com and American Banker magazine, about Jamie Dimon, the most over-rated banker in America, and how much longer JP Morgan can survive the various scandals, frauds and putbacks.

    Max and Stacey,

You should look into the Pedophilia Scandal that is rocking the BBC and the British Political System. It’s already effecting Cameron, and I would bet money that it’s rampant in the entire system. Therefore it will be effecting the Financial “elite” there as well.

Is it just me or does anyone else there have no faith whatsoever in a “re-energised Obama”?
I hope Francine is right – but being a cynic has paid off every time for me when it comes to American politics.

  4. Mish-Mash McFall, is one of David Cameron’s Financial Advisors. As R.M.P.T.A. Mish-Mash was also one of my ‘customers’ back in the good old days when I received reports that for some strange reason, I was regarded at the most feared man in the City of London.

Listen to very end of this interview with Francine…there is a really good explanation of why the SEC enforcement lawyers don’t sue Big Bank individuals…. it’s more proof on why we need a million man march on the SEC.
Francine was a former big 4 auditor so her explanations have a lot of insight and fact you can’t get from a journalist covering the banks that have no business or accounting experience.
Her columns at BankThink on American Banker’s website are free and very much worth the read.

    Great interview Max

  6. Banking Thiefs says:

Seth Freedman sounds like another noob who doesn’t understnd commodity markets. (he was a journalist?) Not everyone in the market wants to take delivery of the gas as they are derivatives traders trading price risk, they are not end users, so they frikin sell their contracts on expiration day! This is why commodities prices suddenly drop just before expiry!

British PM refuses to apologize for selling arms to rights abusers -Press TV

British Prime Minister David Cameron has refused to make an apology for selling weaponry to regimes with poor human rights records during a recent trip to the Persian Gulf region.

The Prime Minister was heavily slammed for his three-day controversial visit to Saudi Arabia, Oman and the United Arab Emirates last week, during which he acted as a salesman for the country’s arms industry that involved the selling of 100 Typhoon jets to dictatorial regimes in the region.

Amnesty International accused David Cameron of a “deeply disturbing trade-off” between business and strategic interests and the issue of human rights.

AND IN 2008 the smart money went into nuclear.. 200 billion euro initially
then up to march 2011 (fukushima nuclear tragedy) .. there some money in that unless someone is skimming??

    heres some liquidity skimming

EDF, Areva’s New Nuclear Reactor Design to Be Approved in UK By Year End -Reports
    Published November 14, 2012

    Dow Jones Newswires

The design of the new EPR nuclear reactor currently elaborated by French power utility Electricite de France SA (EDF.FR) and nuclear engineering firm Areva SA (AREVA.FR) is on course to be approved by U.K. regulators by the end of the year.

and the money is well spent you would think?
65 percent of worlds nuclear laboratories get Strontium 90 measurement wrong –

“The determination of 90Sr proved difficult for 65 % of the participants which submitted results outside the acceptable range (± 20 %). No improvement could be seen compared to 90Sr determination in one of the previous ILC exercises (Wätjen et al., 2008).
The laboratories concerned, i.e. the vast majority of laboratories reporting 90Sr results, are urged to review their analysis procedures.”
    European Commission
    Joint Research Centre
Institute for Reference Materials and Measurements

because the iaea doesnt allow testing for strontium 90, especially in fukushima and myagiback to britain
    so its a good investment??

keep on bashing them max and stacy

These rigged energy markets have a few explanations. The average price for LNG in the nine months to the end of September had nearly halved year-on-year.

The real company to watch here in terms of fraud IMHO is BHP Billiton. It is often said abut them, “When is an oil company not an oil company? When it is a mining company. But BHP has become so much more than that. By market value alone, BHP Billiton is bigger than BP (NYSE: BP) and not far behind Exxon Mobil (NYSE: XOM) and Royal Dutch Shell (NYSE: RDS.A).

The company is based in Singapore and Houston, and controls all facets of the markets it operates in. They openly admit to price fixing, or as they call it, ” the supply chain for our various products, from asset to market, and raw materials, from suppliers to asset; managing credit and price risk associated with the revenue line; achieving market clearing prices for the Group’s products; defining our view of long-term market fundamentals. Our market insight is strengthened by the multi-commodity nature of our business, our proximity to our customers and the easy flow of information in our centralised marketing structure.”

Its not a ponzi scheme its a “centralised marketing structure.” See here Debt Investors. p.s if your in London you are exempt from Article “69” of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. http://www.bhpbilliton.com/home/investors/Pages/investorslegal.aspx

The efforts which I make are all designed to find the S.O.B. who is pulling things behind that damned perpetual curtain! Perhaps my brain would have been spared all this deep level research for so many years if I did not see The Wizard of Oz back in the day.
What one discovers, of course, is that someone is in the shadows pulling and replacing the eternally reappearing curtains and replacing even the pullers. Allright, enough metaphorical rambling.
I’m not into the serpent illuminati satanic creatures who landed on Atlantis thing. But, if there ever were such demonic beings who lusted for control and wanted to remain in clandestine perpetuity, they would simply create a central bank that would be given high priestly sanction and connected to an elaborate, stately appearing(stately, as in Roman or Nazi ) architecture designed to make mere mortals feel like temporary insects.
The keenist, sharpist minds, unfortuatly for us–the totally enslaved 99%– are not usually the most empathic and caring of this, our human condition.
It seems that this fraudulent behavior which penetrates into the slums of of every major city on earth leads the investigation directly back to the original mother of all central and fraudulent financial terror–The Central Bank of England! The nasty, insidious consequences are now reaching a breaking point. Many of the players who are now dead have only lately been understood by a small% of the masses.
Why were we never taught, in elementary school what money actually is? Our education and knowledge has been pathetic, apparently by design. Henry Ford said something to the effect ,”(that) if the American people really understood what banking is, there would be a revolution tomorrow morning!”
So, my dears(Max and Stacy), you have returned to the pit of deception by hanging out in London itself! You 2 are among the knowers of things. You must be honored! But, it ain’t gonna happen. And based upon my own street experiences in 60s, 70s, “critical mass” has to occur very soon, and I’m unsure if a million is now enough–more like 10 million!! I don’t consider myself a pessimist–like yourselves and many of your contacts and followers we remain realists–with a large helping of sceptisism. Please carry on!! You have good vibes from many of us. And @ you Max, I dig your guts!
P.S. More reality: that consumer affairs office which Elizabeth Warren would’ve occupied
is located in guess where? The Fed itself. I may be wrong on this one…

Explosion Erupts in Gulf Of Mexico, Two Dead

A fire occurred on an offshore oil and natural gas platform in West Delta Block 32 in the Gulf of Mexico Friday killing at least two people, Two more people are said to be missing following the tragedy on the platform – operated by Houston-based and privately-owned Black Elk Energy Co.

The Coast Guard has reported that production was not flowing from the well and at least six people had been aboard the platform. The workers were cutting into a pipeline, resulting in an oil sheen on the water. The platform is located around 17 miles offshore Grand Isle, Louisiana in 21 feet of water.
Black Elk hasn’t filed a recent work permit or exploration plan for that block. The most recent plan filed for the block WD 32 was Aug. 30, 2010 for Maritech to remove platform Caisson 3.

BUENOS AIRES – Argentina’s top oil and gas producer, state-run YPF SA, plans to invest $3.1 billion in exploration and production in Santa Cruz Province over the next five years as part of a deal to extend concessions there.

The investment, which the company detailed in a statement late Thursday, is part of a broader plan by YPF Chief Executive Miguel Galuccio to spend at least $24.7 billion through 2017 to boost oil and gas output across the country. Mr. Galuccio said this is what YPF can afford to invest on its own. He said that could rise to $40.4 billion if YPF is able to sign joint-venture deals and obtain outside financing.

YPF and Chevron Corp. recently signed a memorandum of understanding to explore for unconventional energy in the South American nation. However, analysts say a recent embargo on Chevron assets in Argentina could hinder or delay future deals.

Argentina and Ecuador are signatories to a treaty that allows courts in other countries to enforce embargos ordered by courts in another. Chevron says its operations in Argentina are conducted by subsidiaries and that the plaintiffs have no legal right to embargo its assets in Argentina.

Argentina ranks third in the world, behind China and the U.S., in potentially recoverable shale-gas reserves, with 774 trillion cubic feet, according to a study last year by the U.S. Energy Information Administration.

Chevron has repeatedly denied the claims and said the Ecuador judgement is the product of bribery and fraud.
Royal Dutch Shell PLC (RDSA) has lifted its force majeure on gas supplies to Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas, a company spokesman said Friday.

A force majeure on Shell’s exports of Bonny Light and Forcados crude oil, declared later in October, remains in place, the spokesman added. Supply of Bonny Light was also affected by the fire on the Bomu-Bonny trunkline, while other incidents of oil theft and severe flooding in the Niger Delta dented supply of both Bonny Light and Forcados crude in the last month.
The spokesman didn’t say when this force majeure will be lifted.

This is a new game in Nigeria for Shell. If you dont secure the pipelines, ie; with your military, we’ll cut off your gas. We’ll have to wait and see how this one plays out.

Especially that independance of food, water and money will only implement a secession. I liked when back in the day RP talked about “nullification”. Trough wich for me came clear that, with history as a sound board, “big” changes are not that big at all, and often come pleasant surprizes.

Hey Max; didn’t you calculated howmany twinkies would and the crises? LOL

Anyway; I took a ding dong last week. I heard people called “ding dong”, didn’t know that it was some chocolate flafored thingy till I saw the box.
Honestly, don’t think they’re all that bad. However; in the whole sale store that I was in last week, they had a slab of Callebout for $42.50 (5lb?)…

    I like chocolate,
My wife is a pastry chef,
    I love my life!

@ swell~ Yes I caught that article about IKEA.

Swedish furniture company Ikea says it deeply regrets that it used forced labour by East German political prisoners during the 1960s and 1970s.

Former political prisoners of the Stasi, the much-feared East German secret police, claimed they were forced to work on Ikea furniture.

Imagine the mind numbing torture of being a forced labourer on an IKEA production line. What could be worse? I’d rather have the stasi wire my genitals to the power socket to be honest.

  71. Bruce says:

IKEA these days is very automated.

Of course the MADE IN CHINA IKEA stuff is just another big company using god-knows-who to make stuff under god-knows-what conditions (just like everyone else) doing god-knows-how-much environmental damage.

The banksters in USA can continue this for centuries. As long as they own legislators, judges and of course the propaganda machinery.

I spoke to a friend who has been in banking at the lower level, yet she is super smart. This is the banksters’ scam: a company is started and is sold all the bad debt (properties). Then another one is started. One sells the debt to another and round and round it goes never touching down or being realized.

She is what is called a processor. There are huge amount of these processors in the Wilmington DE area. Companies are all over the USA, but the processors are in certain areas of the nation and are paid by this company then that company without changing location. It is a huge scam and we think that this is for what QE3 is paying.

On another issue, there are a lot of properties that no one can buy because no one knows who owns them.

Another interesting side line is traveling the country living in these empty homes. Plan your trip across the country. Call real estate companies on that path, as you go. Ask if you can see this or that place. The doors have a 4 combination key holder on the door. Real Estate companies have reduced staffs, so ask to see a number of these covered by the same company and explain that you will be passing by on a business trip and wish to see this or that one. Stay the night bringing your own bed roll and go on your way. A buddy and I was approached by some Russians doing just that, we surmised. The house was vacant and one asked us about the town sewage. Our houses are on wells, so we just looked for switch on electric panel and like magic the Russians had water and we turned on the water heater, too. Great scam!

    Saw this on ZH:

“Anybody watch Presstv today? It was a bit surreal at one point. Max Keiser and Rick Ackerman, two Ashkenazis, were discussing economics while being interrupted by announcements of slaughter in Palestine..”

Can’t find this clip. Is it yet available?

Stacy, I’m worried about Max. He keeps talking about Old Compton Street.

On Saturday 24th November you need to get him south of the River and on the Old Kent Road.

Follow it until you get to Lewisham.

There are ordinary people living there and they are suffering because of the ‘Banksters’, more specifically the Barclays Banksters.

Barclays are a major player in a scam that has bankrupted the South London Healthcare Trust. To pay them some North London carpetbaggers are trying to grab Lewisham Hospital (which is NOT in the South London Healthcare Trust and is NOT bankrupt).

Of course there is nothing special about this; it’s going on all over the UK (see the map http://goo.gl/f6i9J)

What’s different is that people in Lewisham are waking up and fighting back. In fact they are behaving in just the way Max has been suggesting that they should. http://www.savelewishamhospital.com/

You say you moved the production of the programme to London to have a ring-side seat for the financial collapse of the City.

So why not come “Sarf o’ d’river” on Saturday 24th November and see the start of a popular protest movement.
