The reason you create more fiat is to move wealth around the system. If the top 1% collect up 90% of the wealth is it really so wrong of the Federal reserve to force them to spend it (thus creating jobs)?

Yes – because the money spent directs investment into specific economic sectors which have become dependent upon the money printing. It’s therefore not ‘sustainable’ growth – nor are the jobs created sustainable. Essentially when the printing stops, the crash will be even bigger as more and more of the economy becomes dependent upon the printing press.

Of course, I’ve not even mentioned the inflationary problems that this whole process will ultimately create as the currency depreciates.

”… However, it appears that after the US pulled out its big gun over this — threatening to stop allowing EU citizens to visit the US without first obtaining a visa — the Parliament caved and agreed to the deal. …”

  11. Harry says:

@gold buldo you think teh visa threat is blackmail?
    It is a stupid `argument`.
Requiring a viso on weak reasons will only harm the already weak economy of the USA. It will alienate European people from the once big empire.
The fact that the EU politicians even gave in to this fake threat shows their knowledge acquitred in their lifetimes.

Not only there is flaw in FIAT creation. The first one who get a share as capital is a total cheat. It destroys capitalism and promote corruption between business and government. This experiment is close to perfection as all commodities has been operate in FIAT and unable to withdraw because the greed to hold it on by all the wealthy beneficial will keep it afloat as “jobs creation”. Jobs does not create by money but instead created by the needs. FIAT as money is a tool facilitate the economy flows and non stop creation of innovation.
Merger and Acquizition is the product of FIAT leading to inevitable monopoly.

Inexpensive fiat is the ONLY ethical money form for government debts.

You anti-fiat folks are being duped by bankers who wish to be in charge of ALL money production, including government money.

That said, the entire population should be bailed out of all debt to the counterfeiting cartel with FULL LEGAL TENDER FIAT. Once that is accomplished then fiat should be reduced to legal tender for government debts only.

Jim Grant Crucifies The Fed; Explains Why A Gold Standard Is The Best Option M^2

A gold standard is FASCIST since it replaces government creation of government money with private creation of government money.

When are you folks going to stop worshiping shiny metals? It is demeaning to human dignity, don’t you know?

  20. kdt says:

@fbeard you do relize what your describing is the system that is breaking down around us?
(That said, the entire population should be bailed out of all debt to the counterfeiting cartel with FULL LEGAL TENDER FIAT. Once that is accomplished then fiat should be reduced to legal tender for government debts only)

the second this happens i will no longer except the curency in question for any purpose what so ever as it will be worthless, and every bank with out standing loans will do the same !! congradulations you just tanked your econimy hope you have some food planted becaus no one is going to” sell “you anything they will want real goods insted. and if gold is the comidity the entity in question wants , whacha gona do then?

  22. F. Beard says:

    1) The bailout should be combined with a ban on further counterfeiting by the banks – so-called “credit creation” and metered to just replace existing credit as it is paid off. Since the total money supply (reserves + credit) would not change (but all credit would be transformed into reserves for genuine 100% reserve lending) then neither price deflation nor price inflation should be expected.

    2) Fiat will always have value so long as government exists and requires that taxes may only be paid with it. This is why the gold standard folks desire “fiat gold”.

  23. kdt says:

@fbeard excuse me but where are you geting the idea that gold miners create “money”? a miner creates a “gold bar” wich gets SOLD to a mint who then strikes the coins AS ORDERED by the entity RESPONSABLE for the curency in question.

a gold coin is ALWAYS worth more that its weight in gold, (the value added to the coinage by the scocity using it + the cost of striking) if not you would just melt it down and sell it. in this gold is EXACTLY the same as any other form of money it is just more expencive to use as a medium
it is very possable for an entity to inflate a curency by using GOLD coins it would be expencive but it could be done. also a “counterfit” coin in a gold based system would be as much of an isue for the responsable entity as it is now with paper curency wich is why kings(the original entitys) would stamp there own picture on “there” coinage (the original copy right stamp) so that they could then atack any one atempting to scam them by buying gold and stamping there own coins.
what using a REAL medium does is force bankers to acculy count real things, it is that symple , and that is why the banks hate HARD curency wich is the proper and historical term for this debate! part of the curent sad state of things is this over symplification of calling it the “gold standard” gold is its self simply an early form of durable paper, a medium used to write out an iou on that is all !! any aditional value beond the jewlery market is from this USAGE there is no “value” to any thing past what it gets “used” for and the curent value of gold says it it is geting used as money and always has been, just not by the public.

in point of fact gold is too soft to be used for every day coinage wich is where silver comes in.

i will repeet ANY atempt to do this:

will cause a spastic seisure in the econimy end of story.

    2) Fiat will always have value so long as government exists and requires that taxes may only be paid with it. This is why the gold standard folks desire “fiat gold”.

this idea is slave mentality at its best.

  26. Danny Cunnington says:

@KDT, In response to your question regarding my purchase of a plasma generator. Yes I hope I get it too. I know it works because I checked the loading firsthand. If you can power up three 1,000 Watt halogen lamps at full power for an extended period of time in a closed system that’s good enough for me. The main risk is that It gets grabbed by authorities on or before delivery using some spurious excuse for impounding it.

My loss would be €500 in the event I don’t get it. It’s not an amount that I’m worried about losing for the opportunity to actually get my hands on such a device and be able to use it. I have been following new energy since the early nineties. I thought we had cracked it when Stan Myers brought out his water fuel cell in 1998 and posted it working on you tube using a VW beetle engined dune buggy running on the road. He was murdered a month later with all the stuff including paperwork stolen on the same day as his murder.

This really pissed me off. That’s why I’m willing to take a chance with €500 because I want to support not only such a development but also to support someone who obviously knows full well what has happened in the past to anyone who brings such a thing to market and has the courage to do so.

If you watch the (free to view) Thrive movie on the internet, the first part of it shows the math of how a plasma generator can tap such vast power. It using something known as “Magrav”. This just means that (for instance) the earth’s gravity and the earth’s magna-sphere are really the same thing expressed in two poles. Of course the earth has dual poles, north and south but each pole has another pole expressed in the magna-sphere.
The generators just use one grav pole and it corresponding mag hence “magrav”. This is because the poles can shift polarity in a twin pole system which would switch unpredictably between negative earth and positive earth (washing machines don’t work backwards).

The fuel it uses is hydrogen atoms but it could easily use lots of other materials.

Of course you will hear it here If I get my hands on one. I going to tell the world! (although I won’t be alone as several thousand will be delivered (hopefully) at the same time.

Can you imagine. “AGWers versus Deniers completely solved with all parties happy” as a headline?

Wrong! Banks love a gold standard. Look into Colonial Script and how British bankers and merchants suppressed it.

Government is a given. What is not a given is a FASCIST government such as one where private interests control government money creation.
