Extreme. But probably not far off the mark.
Artistic license…but if you look at the pictures coming through…
In a way it is so sad the Greeks seem at a loss about what to do. Thousands of years of history, and today they do not know what to do when there are barbarians at the gates?
In one week last year as silver was hitting $50 the margin requirement was hiked about 8 times in a week from $4.5k to $42k result silver down to about $30 There will be an answer to this but the question is when, when they can make money to infinity ?

blyth and turd. http://lib.calpoly.edu/spec_coll/comix/middleclass.html
@WB7. it would be cool for us if you created some heroes. like turd etc.
@WB7. i once had a comic with eggsactly and flying lesbians. poor eggs was being chased around by them in his little car. lost it and could never find it again. do you know of this comic?
Just asking. Does Tyler Durden really exists? Or is he more than one person? Don´t answer if you don´t want to.
Tyler Durden. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2QgFWXLN-ug
Oh, didn´t notice that, thx ronron.
That would be a great poster
any chane on zizzle or what ever the fuck that sight is ?
I had that same thought .. wtf is holding them back ?
Sparta has allways been on my bucket list.
I really don’t know. But I suspect there are a few of him.
In a way it is so sad the Greeks seem at a loss about what to do.
The Greek politicians tell the people they need to hand over all their wealth and life’s labours OR they will be financially ruined if they don’t!!!! Doh!
Stupidity is the new black. Ruling idiots seem to think they can say any crazy stupid thing they wish to their people. BUT, most of the people differ from the rulers by NOT being complete f*****g morons.
Which country will stand up to the idiots at the controls and tell them that the people’s lives do not belong to the rulers just because they got some x’s on a ballot? —
— Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Spain, Italy, France, UK, Germany, Netherlands, on & on & on…the IMF doctor will not stop the amputations till a patient on the slab picks up the scalpel and takes the doctors eye out.
@WB7. poor eggs. he was terrified. thanks for your work.
How sad this all is. It is inevitable that Greece must default, but first the whole country has to go through this hell. I’ve been watching the video of Syntagma Square, and now it appears the protesters and police are waiting for the vote, before the next wave of violence begins. And now Jean-Claude Junker is saying that despite the outcome of this vote, Greece will have to make even MORE cuts to show EU technocrats that Greece is serious about saving money. This will not end until there is ankle-deep blood in the streets and the parliament is on fire.

@William…Powerful stuff…But I have great faith in the youth of Greece, they will never accept this bogus slavery being forced upon them…NEVER.
@MEJ .. Greece
Tyler Durden put up a nice pie chart showing that of the 320 Bio EUR, 19% was actual Greek Spending, the rest was PURE INTEREST between internal, external and CBs.
20% of 320 = 64 Bio. EUR
Also of interest the way CreditCards work in say Germany and USA/UK.
Most German CCs mean paying off 100% at the end-of-month.
The US/UK Cards normally allow the customer to pay a minimum of 20% and let the rest ROLL ON !
This obviously means that people will be tempted to “pay next time”, while the Bankstas make a KILLING on the cumulative interest.
i.e. a little bit like to Bond Market … roll-over the debt —> pay later –> pay never !
This should IMO be made illegal —- in the Bond market as well as the CC market.
OTOH .. the Bankstas knew it is all just a Ponzi scheme and obviously wouldn’t have it any other way !
@WB7 … have you ever seen the film “Momo” ?
…It is about the concept of time and how it is used by humans in modern societies…
“Time is Money” … for the Bankstas !
The little girl notices that all her friends become unhappier as the days go by.
She discovers that Men in Dark Suits & Mercedes had sold (enticed) their parents into Debt …. who then had to slave away more and more to repay the debt … leaving always less time for the family .
Very relevant to today’s Financial Crisis … you would enjoy the film I think !
@ MirrorMirror, I suspected most of the Greek debt payments were for interest but I did not know it was as high as 80 pct. Yow. These banksters aren’t just from banks, they are from payday-loan shops. I say let the protesters burn downtown, as long as it is banks. (leave the cinemas alone though, ppl will need something to cheer them up when it comes time to sweep up the ashes)
Hm. Lost my post. Oh well . . .
@ MirrorMirror, I suspected Greece debt service included a lot of interest, but not 80 pct! Wow. Those banksters are not just from banks, they are from payday loan shops! Let the protesters burn them. (but save the cinemas)

@ME … here’s the link :
And the image address :
@ME … 81% Interest
Nothing new … If your Bonds are not performing !
Just shows you how easily ( and wrongly ) the Bankstas literally “make” money !
@ MirrorMirror, thanks for the links. I went to the source link on Zero Hedge and the Athens live blog is broadcasting the vote. I hear the yes and no votes running about 50/50 right now – “ne” vs “ohi” (spelling is very iffy). It give me the heebie-jeebies, because it sounds like they are voting for an execution.
Bank holidays in Greece tomorrow?
@Citizen119 … more like General Strike and Politicians hiding in the tunnels !
Bravo. Great show, Greeks. Impressiv and yet so useless.
The best part: Greek police runs out of tear gas. No funds anymore, am i right, lol?
Best wishes Greece, sorry for the yes vote. Good luck. We’re next.. wherever we are.
@ Wolferl, yes, as I noticed, when they run out of tear gas the police pick up rocks and sling them back at the protesters who, unlike them, are not wearing helmets or carrying shields.
Btw, last chance to get on the banks stock train, who is about to leave the station up to new highs.
The corrupt European and Greek politicians, the corrupt Goldman Sacks staff, the corrupt ratings agencies all have Greek blood on their hands. I wonder how many will come forward and say sorry, or donate some of their ill gotten gains to the families of the dead. I wonder if part of the European Union’s conditions of bailout included the bringing to justice of these corrupt people. The question remains, is there a body which is not owned by the corrupt network, that could judge the crimes. If the people had faith in the system they would be less likely to risk injury and life, but they know no one is looking out for their interest. Nothing left to lose.
There is no mass public faith in political of monetary systems. Most people outside Greece would not admit they have no faith in their own system. Better to speak up now instead of waiting until you have to choose between bad or worse
“A picture tells a thousand words!”
In Hollywood, California they have maps to the stars/celebrities’ homes. They should make maps of the politicians’ homes around the world so the rioters know where to burn. Saves time and matches.
Birthplace of Democracy.
Must be some maniacal laughter in smoke filled backrooms.
“In #Greece 2night, politicians accepted national self-immolation. Is it any wonder Athens burns? Democracy dies in its birthplace.” -Naomi Kleinn
and to think that this is just the beginning…
