MF Global, run by former Goldman CEO Jon Corzine has joined the fray, and has hiked its silver margin to $25,397

There’s been some rotation out of silver and into gold – which if fine by me – as long as the dollar keeps getting hammered. The silver-gold ratio – with a rising gold price – will fall back and spring load the silver vigilantes and SLA to gun the silver price toward $100 (on the way to $500).

I bought 4 sets of 4 kookaburras. Each is 45 ounces, 1 kilo, 1 coin is 10 ounces, 1 is 2 ounces and 1 ounces. They are 999 and very difficult to duplicate. Already there are forgeries entering the marketplace. A intricately designed large coin is going to be valued higher and easier to sell eventually in my opinion.
The first time you hold a silver coin there is feeling of realness/freedom/relief. I can’t explain it but most of you know what I am talking about. My total to date is 407 ounces, not much but more then I had a year ago. The physical delivery is what did the trick Max. Go SLA Go!

I foresee scenarios very similar to the one you are describing…It’s going to be a very tough time…

Thans for your response. I hope to have some of these conversations on these boards about the various topics we have addressed over the last few weeks.

We have touched on some real solutions here, regarding using gold as a standard, and business using models other than growth, that work

It is interesting that some of these Mayan writings are relevant. I often wonder if the old Mayan Astronomers observed something back then that we have missed, like a comet or asteroids that are due to return on the said dates.

We know of many types of energy that exist, but we can not measure. The Large Hadron Collider could give us the ability to measure these forces. If that happens, things such a kooky coincidental Mayan writings, could suddenly become the subject of scientific inquiry instead of ridicule
