Mass Delusion – American Style

Again, one must seek out who benefits from the delusion of globalization. The crony capitalists, Wall Street oligarchs, and corporate fascists who control the puppet strings in this country have benefited greatly from the Big Lie. Over 5 million manufacturing jobs have been off-shored since 2000. These good paying jobs are never coming back. Millions of service sector jobs continue to be shipped overseas. The global conglomerates like GE, HP, Oracle, IBM, and Boeing continue to rake in billions of profits, distributing millions to its high paid executives, while gutting middle class America. The ruling oligarchs convinced Americans to take advantage of cheap goods and easy credit, to buy electronics, cars, appliances, new kitchens, and take the vacations of their dreams. This Big Lie has left the American consumer with $2.5 trillion of non-mortgage debt and the lowest level of home equity in history. Retailers like Wal-Mart, Target, Home Depot, and Best Buy reaped billions in profits as Americans whipped out one of their 10 credit cards to buy HDTV’s, economy bags of tube socks, iPads, iPods, stainless steel refrigerators, and Dell computers. Small town America’s mom and pop economy was gutted by Big Box retailers selling the globalization delusion. The biggest beneficiaries of the globalization delusion were the Wall Street banks. They control 80% of credit card market and have reaped billions in interest at rates exceeding 20%, while sucking $20 billion per year in late fees from the clueless public. Wall Street bankers have rewarded themselves for their brilliance in destroying the middle class by reaping multi-million dollar bonus packages.

Pat Tillman’s Father To Army Investigator: ‘F— You… And Yours’ (EXCLUSIVE)
As the release date approaches — the film will premiere in Los Angeles and New York on August 20 — those elements are becoming a bit clearer and more intriguing. The Weinstein Company sent the Huffington Post two previously unseen letters written by Tillman’s father at the peak of frustration with the army’s investigation into his son’s death. The notes, penned to Brigadier General Gary M. Jones (the man spearheading the investigation) as well as the Senate Armed Services Committee (which oversaw Jones’s work), paint a picture of a man increasingly convinced that a massive conspiracy was emerging around the death of his son.

“You are a General,” Tillman’s father writes Jones after being presented with a briefing book of his findings. “There is no way a man like you, with your intelligence, education, military, experience, responsibilities (primarily for difficult situations), and rank… believes the conclusions reached in the March 31, 2005 Briefing Book. But your signature is on it. I assume, therefore, that you are part of this shameless bullshit. I embarrassed myself by treating you with respect [on] March 31, 2005. I thought your rank deserved it and anticipated something different from the new and improved investigation. I won’t act so hypocritically if we meet again.”

“In sum: Fuck you… and yours.”

The two letters are worth a read, if only for the insight they provide into how haphazard and mismanaged (deliberately or not) the investigations were. Tillman’s father comes off as emotional, for good reason. But the questions he raised — while conspiratorial in tone — offer compelling drama (both real life and for the upcoming movie). Take, for instance, the notion that the shooters of his son may have been blinded by the glare of the sunset.

The shooters were always looking North or Northwest,” Tillman’s father writes. “Even in Afghanistan, the sun sets in the West – Southwest. How on God’s green earth can you add in a “glare factor” looking away from the sun that has set? (P-16) Immediately after the sunset , facing the wrong direction (North vs. Southwest), the glare impaired their vision? Don’t you need sun to have glare?”

Man There should be a re-investigation

Whoooa USA has officially lost it

S 510, the Food Safety Modernization Act of 2010, may be the most dangerous bill in the history of the US. It is to our food what the bailout was to our economy, only we can live without money.

“If accepted [S 510] would preclude the public’s right to grow, own, trade, transport, share, feed and eat each and every food that nature makes. It will become the most offensive authority against the cultivation, trade and consumption of food and agricultural products of one’s choice. It will be unconstitutional and contrary to natural law or, if you like, the will of God.” ~Dr. Shiv Chopra, Canada Health whistleblower

It is similar to what India faced with imposition of the salt tax during British rule, only S 510 extends control over all food in the US, violating the fundamental human right to food.

Monsanto says it has no interest in the bill and would not benefit from it, but Monsanto’s Michael Taylor who gave us rBGH and unregulated genetically modified (GM) organisms, appears to have designed it and is waiting as an appointed Food Czar to the FDA (a position unapproved by Congress) to administer the agency it would create — without judicial review — if it passes. S 510 would give Monsanto unlimited power over all US seed, food supplements, food and farming.

This reminds me of my conclusion while traveling around Asia as a student (1994), seeing Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, India and Pakistan that we should get rid of long range communicatin (TV, marketing) and long range transportation (enabler of globalization). Why? Then I thought: because the effort can not be completed (everyone has a western lifestyle) yet it creates unhappyness and dislocation on a massive scale (result). Now my rejection is the same on the grounds of its intent, there would be no globalization if there was no greedy banking system with a superiority complex. Their intent is to addict and exploit.

I hate to say it but there would be a point in saying that Islam is an improvement on Christianity. It may be better to simply be backward than to be advanced but blinded by a naive example. One thing that people overlook though is that muslims do pay ‘tax’ of 10% to their mullahs, So perhaps no usury, but surely rilgeous exploitation.

Definitely worth watching to see how far US discourse has collapsed since Rupert Murdoch and the other neo-cons introduced the Red Team / Blue Team concept. How refreshing to watch a debate where you might not agree with some or most of the points being made, but at least the arguments are well developed and intelligence is on display. Now discourse is mostly just a stream of random and loaded codewords and other brainwashing techniques bombarded at the people fighting over whether the one armed bandit is superior to the roulette wheel and which one is operating a conspiracy against the other.

I’d love to know how many of the Tea Party candidates on the Red Team platform support getting rid of the IRS, CIA, FBI and all the military spend. And the billions in carbon taxes we currently spend securing oil and supporting Big Oil oligarchs? Probably not one.

@Bonn, considering AJ’s poor record on accuracy and research, could you link his claims to the relevant sections of the bill please? For example, I’ve heard that the section which precludes people growing their own food is “SEC. 310. SMUGGLED FOOD” because it uses the Maritime Law interpretation of “United States” to assert that any food which is grown within the United States has been smuggled into that corporate entity. This doesn’t just preclude individuals from growing food, nor does it stop at precludes all farms too. It actually makes it illegal for a seed to germinate in a forest! Reading people’s interpretations of this bill is vary scary indeed!

Reading the text of the bill we find that the people to enforce this section include “Commissioner of Customs and Border Patrol, and the Assistant Secretary for Immigration and Customs Enforcement,” so it’s reasonable to assume that the term United States refers to the land mass rather than the corporate entity. Also, seeing that the food has to enter domestic commerce and “exposure to the food would cause serious adverse health consequences or death to humans or animals” for it to be considered smuggled, it is wholly wrong to conclude that this section precludes people growing their own food, even for sale or barter.

Once again, Alex Jones’ lack of research has let him down. I’m sure there are some parts which have been included for the benefit of nasty corporations, but the message AJ wants to spread to the sheeple – that a tyrannical government is working against them – is grossly exaggerated.

If your research proves his claims I’d love to see it.

Has anyone been in front of a death panel yet, or was Sarah Palin as bad a reader of legislative texts (or as good a propagandist) as Alex Jones is?

  35. farang says:

    Thanks Stacy.

It was a well-thought out policy. Demonize the unions first (Air Traffic Controllers), then demonize “Limousine Liberals” especially those “Elite University” types, label those that desire that we pay as we go as “Tax and Spend Liberals” while hammering down the pedal of borrowing and pegging the budget rpm needle firmly in the red zone. Danger: exceeding the limit.

They knew this, they thought they would always be able to print it until any problem went away, Greenspan said it in 2004 on national tv: “we will just”monetize the debt.”….But the greed got the better of them eventually. They can’t help themselves: they are programmed by DNA as thieves. Con artists. Wrapped in the illusion of respectability and authority. It is an illusion rapidly dissipating though, wouldn’t you agree?

So, first demonize Middle Class stalwarts like Unions and Education. You know, things that made for better working conditions and salaries, and smarter children/citizens. Brilliant! Made me “feel good about myself”, you?

Eventually, go so far as to replace Thomas Jefferson with Ronald Reagan in school books…..It actually feels like a joke to write that….but Texas was in 49th place for education when America elected him* Our priorities. We will screw our own future and “feel good about ourselves, again!” (Registered TM.)

Create a “Plunge Protection team” that artificially inflates the Securities market. Insiders reap their ill-rewards to this day. Create Financial WMDs and label them AAA. Sell them all over the world: watch them explode, JUST LIKE PLANNED.

Almost quadruple the FICA deductions on the Middle Class while limiting the amount deducted on the higher income earners. Do not save the money in a “Trust Fund”, rather place it right into the general Budget, and place IOUs into this so-called Trust Fund. Double Defense spending though.

At the same time, remove Usury law limits on credit card lenders. Later, have the now-sitting VP gut consumer protection and bankruptcy laws against credit card debt. Of course, label it a “Consumer Protection Act” or some other Big Lie.

Have one of your successors start the NAFTA “Shove the jobs from America” program ball rolling, then his CIA-linked successor sign it into law. Have Zionism removed from the Terrorist Organization list the UN keeps. Needed to create a new “boogieman” after the Pentagon was horrified to find out the USSR was going down. Successful implementation on 9/11/01..

Pretend to negotiate peace in the Middle East, and invade Iraq for trying to reclaim the stolen Iraqi land known as “Kuwait.” Have Zionist propaganda PR firms make up “crushing babies in incubators skulls!” lies under oath in Congress.

The US Congress that felt compelled to hurry up and pass a resolution of support (thank YOU Barbara Boxer, you bitch!) for Israel committing Piracy and cold-blooded murder of relief workers, including an American these Zionists and Zionist-owned whores could care less about.

Have the Queen’s and Rothschild employee Sir Alan Greenspan lower interest rates so low, there was disincentive to save. While creating artificial bubbles in various assets, mostly real estate. In other words, act damn foolish, belligerently. That should have been most people’s first whiff of fascism’s scent. Was mine, summer 2001, I yelled “Weimar dollar coming” until Yahoo! canceled the comment sections.

At the same time, have Sir Alan endorse cutting tax rates for 10 years on the top 1% income earners, to the tune of $800 billion/year deficit, while increasing spending in virtually every federal program. Throwing the balanced budget he supposedly endorsed just three years prior completely out of whack to the tune of trillions over 8 years.

NOW he wants it to stop. Now. Huh, and here dumb old non-financial experts like me that used to write letters to the editor about this gibberish spouting, Zionist snake oil salesman…were right?? Huh. Go figure: I know how to balance my checkbook. And I know a Carnie Barker when see one.

Then comes Tanbush. Burdened with the worst budget crisis, the worst financial terrorism attack aftermath in our history, he reacts by hiring the attackers. Hell, rewarding them.

Now last seen flipping off the ones that voted him into office….Brilliant!

It is quite the most amazing demonstration of Hubris I have ever seen……well, since Cheney died. He did die? No? Well hurry up asshole. Got a warm spot waiting.

Of course, Tanbush has Wormtongue rahm advising/handling him, so maybe his head is poisoned. Not. He didn’t realize: what White Americans will allow White politicians to get away with, they will not allow Black politicians to. basic human nature. Big tactical mistake. Don’t let the door hit ya Obama…..

Meanwhile, we have government owned GM using some of the billions in bailout to modernize Brazilian assembly lines. Does it get any plainer America is under siege?? Tax breaks STILL for off-shoring jobs. Can we off-shore politicians into, say, shark infested waters?

And now we are paying the financial terrorists trillions in “bailouts” and billions and billions in bonuses. Still. With absolutely NO economic indicators showing ANY economic activity to justify ANY bonuses, hell, we should be talking SALARY REDUCTIONS AND CLAWBACKS. Bankruptcies, downsizing of corporate boards.

“Bonuses…for what? Fraud? Theft? What? Let me get this straight: Goldman-Sachs screws it’s own clients by betting against them on securities Goldman sells them, and they STILL make RECORD PROFITS as an “Investment bank?”

    HUH????????????? From WHO??????

But, with one of “the usual suspects” overseeing the bonuses and salaries paid…nothing gonna happen. Ask the 9/11/01 victims about this Tribe member. Wait until he “oversees” ripping off the BP disaster victims.

If this is not an intentional financial attack on my country from within…well, it will have to do until the real attack shows up….

Yes, they are the ones “benefiting” now, Stacy…but as usual, they are just greedy little cowards that will fall the first time men and women stand up to them and their illusion of power, their stormtrooper SWAT teams, their NSA and FBI eavesdropping, their Security State. Their DeathStarAmerica drones, their virtual strip searches to travel….outrage after outrage, shows a pattern of DEEP-SEATED HATRED of America. I mean very deep-seated, to the point of incompatibility with REAL FREEDOM LOVING AMERICANS.

I see conflict. Makes me wonder: this “they hate out freedoms” slogan from 9/11/01… WHO???? Who hates our freedom???? I know who I see, who do others see as trying to destroy America’s freedoms? Sad. They actually think they can sow to the wind, and survive reaping the whirlwind? Really? Wow. Hubris does that. Nemesis will follow them, hunt them down.

Yes, this will pass. When men punch the bullies in the nose.

This is the forum to express the ideas. Where these ideas will come to fruition is where men plant them to blossom. No planting, no harvest. There are armed guards around this planting field right now. They are not only keeping good men and women out, they are busy looting the farmhouse, barnhouse and storehouse, stripping them bare. While erecting secrecy walls around it so we can’t see what they are up to. Amazing, and it is Hubris. Ask an ancient Greek what these cretin’s fate will be.

How we get back to the rich soil, which we will, is the only real thing left to debate now. How much, if any, blood will spill? I am not Madame Cleo, I only can hope it is not inevitable. Doesn’t look like it from where I stand.

See? We got ridiculed. Dismissed. Hated. Ignored.

And now, like always, proven correct. When the economic wall finally falls on their silly teabagging heads, they will not be able to ignore it.

And again, we will have to wipe up the mess the spoiled babies left us. And it will not be easy, with the perpetrators of the Big Lie doing their damndest to divide and conquer America and Americans. I guess the looting hasn’t concluded just yet.

  36. frances snoot says:

“Resentful of the “exorbitant privilege” the United States enjoys in issuing the leading reserve currency, China would prefer to build up claims on the rest of the world in yuan — raising its profile in the process — rather than in a dollar it distrusts.

Central bank governor Zhou Xiaochuan sketched out a long-term plan in March 2009 to supplant the dollar with a super-sovereign currency akin to the International Monetary Fund’s Special Drawing Right.

The yuan, he implied, would be one of its constituents. The SDR, the IMF’s unit of account, now comprises the dollar, euro, yen and sterling.”

Reuters neglects to detail the goal of the monetary authorities in providing a global trade currency detached from domestically traded currencies. The ‘exorbitant privilege’ of the new multilateral exchange system will extend to those with privy access to the sdr-indexed assets/units. The structure of what we term ‘money’ will completely alter. This privilege is being extended to the worst set of criminals by these very criminal entities: the World Bank Group/G20 banks/UN/IMF/EU/EIB/Inter-development banks. “Our global governance” is continuing the process of consolidation for the monetary authorities whose dominion extends internationally through the supersovereign sdr/system.

The flexibility of the yuan is forwarded to ‘cut off the fat tail’ of liability/price structure inherent within the dollar-index exchange being used for cross-border domestic currency.

China is hardly acting in a unilateral way here.

So, Stacy, what do you think about the inclusion of the yuan within the sdr-basket? You seem to be quite up on “truth”. Do you think that the exorbitant privilege previously tied to a currency should be delineated according to the position on retains within the system of sdr-indexed assets? What about sovereign wealth funds? You haven’t covered this issue.

    Mother Earth,
I enjoy reading your comments. I would like to make a clarification to the statement you make about Muslims paying 10% to their mullah’s. I am a muslim, and yes each year we pay a zakat (type of tax), but it doesn’t go to the mullahs. One may give their money to a mosque or community leader for redistribution, but the person is not to keep the funds for themselves. The zakat is intended to be given to the poor (which can be anyone who is less fortunate than yourself) The zakat is aprox 10%, and only against accumulated wealth, for example stocks, cash, commodities, etc… but only the net, not from the gross annual income. The idea is to help the needy by keeping funds circulating, and not allowing one to just accumulate wealth. The zakat can be given in the form of cash, clothing, food, etc…directly to the person in need. Sorry so long, more than you wanted maybe, but overall not a bad system to keep cash flowing, while helping those that need it most.
